We are doing business in the United States of America. We live for manufacturing and believe it is important to do more manufacturing on shore in our own country borders to mitigate the disruptions that we have experienced throughout 2020, 2021, and 2022. Kitting
Your customer relies on you to tell them what they need, as such you are assembling a series of parts together into a kit. The last thing anybody wants is to drive 4 hours to install your product and discover the parts required are not in the bag or worse, weren't ordered at all.
It is one thing to bring together 15 parts for 5 kits one time, and it is entirely something else to bring together thousands of different parts for tens of thousands of different kits all error free and safely. We use simple effective processes to supply and produce a variety of kits that are packaged according to your requirements.
Assembly
You have designed a great product and are ready to take the next step. Producing quantity 10 in your shop to high quality without getting hurt was easily enough done. But, now you need to make 10, 20, 50, 100 per day. You can't sacrifice safety, quality or lead time and more important you really need to be focused on growing your business.
We are professionals at manufacturing. We use time tested simple processes that produce high quality results. Our people, processes, tools, equipment and facility are here to deliver great results, safely in a short lead time on time as expected.
Supply Chain
Your product requires a series of process steps that require working with many suppliers. What you really want is for one supplier to do all those steps, but you haven't found the partner that is close to you and able to serve as that coordinator.
We are a small company with the processes and relationships of a diverse supply chain. We are accustomed to a variety of industry processes and are effective at coordinating the series of steps required to produce your product. Our supplier partners like variety and would welcome building your product.
Additionally, these types of work invariably require some level of kitting or assembly so working with us gives you the flexibility to finish and package your product the way you want.
